FORTUNA GREEN CITY
60 bigha of affordable housing in Tongi
ODC is developing an exclusive 60 bigha (approximately 20 acres) of land into a small township, made up of affordable housing units, commercial components (offices, shopping centres), and community amenities (school, mosque, etc.).

The location, 7 kilometres from Dhaka’s International Airport in Tongi, near the desirable residential area of Uttara, and sales prices between USD 50,000 and USD 90,000, have specifically been picked to meet the city’s middle income housing crisis.
​
Transit improvements are already currently underway (i.e. the Tongi bridge), and the planned rapid bus stop is across the street from the project site.
Existing amenities in the area lie in direct proximity to the site, i.e. hospital, petrol pump, and allow for convenience and inherited value for the development project.
